Starting your day with healthy meal....ceewwaaaah!.....
my breakfast n my lunch...2 in 1..haha
ayam tu marinated dengan black pepper, salt,chillies flake, n aku letak satu sudu dressing salad aku....
then masak la atas griller....
sedaaaapppppp!!!!!.....
yg roti tu konon nak buat croutons mcm kat caesar salad...
roti tu di koyak koyakkan then bakar dln oven...smp dia rangup..(tak tau la bape minit td..)
dressing salad....
100% fat free.....
selamat mencuba....... :)
